Pistachio Latte

MAKE THIS WITH: Breville Espresso Maker

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp pistachio paste, plus extra to garnish

• Shelled pistachios, finely chopped to garnish

• 1 double shot espresso

• Full cream milk, steamed and textured

  Directions:

1. Smear the pistachio paste into the bottom of a small serving glass. Dip the glass into the pistachio paste to coat the rim, then dip into the pistachios.

2. Place the prepared glass under the portafilter and watch as the shot of espresso free pours.

3. Top with steamed and textured milk.
