Five-Minute Fudge

Ingredients:

  • Butter, 2 tbsp

  • Canned milk, 2/3 cup

  • Sugar, 1 2/3 cups

  • Salt, 1/2 tsp

  • Mini marshmallows, 2 cups

  • Chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla, 1 tsp

  • Chopped Nuts, 1/2 cup

Directions:

  1. Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, approximately 5 minutes. Stir constantly.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until everything is melted and blended.

  3. Pour into buttered pans.

  4. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
