Egg & Toast Cups

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs

  • 12 pieces of bread

  • 4 Tbsp. butter

  • salt and pepper

    Extras:
    You can also add your choice of meat or cheese (bacon, sausage, ham, etc.)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut crust off bread and roll bread into thin squares. Butter both sides of the bread and insert into USA Pan 12 cup Muffin Pan. Carefully crack and slide egg into each well, on top of the bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If adding any extras, make sure you cook your desired meat first. If your adding cheese, just sprinkle on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are at preferred doneness and toast is browned. ENJOY!
