Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Sriracha Honey Drizzle
MAKE THIS WITH: Lodge Chef Collection Reverse Grill/Griddle
Ingredients:
16 dates, pitted
8 strips of bacon, not thick-cut
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons sriracha
chives
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut bacon strips in half and wrap around the pitted dates. Place seam-side down on an oiled flat griddle. Bake for 18 minutes.
Turn broiler on for 1–2 minutes until the bacon has crisped. Remove from griddle to serve.
Stir honey and sriracha together and drizzle over the dates.
Garnish with chives and serve warm.
