It features a gooseneck spout that gives you precise control of the volume and direction of pouring, while the stay-cool handle is properly angled for a comfortable and secure grip. The Stagg kettle is made of 304 18/8 stainless steel with a V1.3 stainless steel lid, and performs beautifully on gas and electric stovetops; it is not compatible with magnetic induction stovetops. The boiling capacity is 1 liter. In the lid is an easy-to-read dial brew thermometer, so you can select the water temperature for your tea or coffee brewing. It should be hand washed to protect the finish.
