Made in Italy, this Parma Plus frying pan from Ballarini gives you superb non-stick performance at a great price. It's made of pure, forged aluminum, so the the heat conduction is rapid and uniform across the cooking surface. That cooking surface is a triple-layer, proprietary non-stick surface that is PFOA-free, embedded with ceramic particles, tough enough for metal utensils, and dishwasher safe. Food simply slides right off, and if you wish, the pan can be easily wiped clean. The comfortable, soft-grip handle stays cool to the touch, and features an indicator light that lets you know when the pan is hot enough for cooking, and sufficiently cool for handling. The rim of the pan offers dripless pouring, and you can even put the pan in the oven up to 300 degrees F. Note, due to the lack of ferrous metal content, this pan will not work on magentic induction stovetops.
