This innovative rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing biscuit dough, pizza crusts, pie crusts, lasagna sheets and filo pastry. It comes with four sets of removable, color-coded discs that raise the pin by different amounts, to create exactly the required pastry thickness - either 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm or 10 mm (or 1/16", 1/6", 1/4" or 3/8"). This ingenious device ensures that pastry or dough is rolled to an even thickness throughout.Take the measurement discs off, and you have a great traditional rolling pin that measures 13.6" long. Measurement marks engraved on the pin help to measure the size of your rolled dough. The pin is made of solid beech, the discs and locking nut are dishwasher safe plastic.
