We want to ship your order as quickly as possible. It's better for you, it's better for us, and it's what you should expect. We ship orders six days a week, Sunday being the only day orders do not go out.

Depending on the day of the week and the time of day your order is placed, we will ship your merchandise as quickly as the same day. In most cases, your order will ship one to two days after the order is placed. The worst case scenario would be three days after the order is placed.

If there is an out-of-stock issue, we will contact you immediately to give you an idea of when the merchandise will be back in stock, and to see if you'd prefer to wait or to cancel your order and get a refund.
