This seal eliminates the need for parchment paper or liners, and eliminates leaks as well, even if you're baking in a water bath. To use, simply lightly coat the inside of the Wilkinson Push Pan with cooking spray or butter, then push the base all the way down and seat it at the bottom of the pan. Now, you're ready to bake. To release your cake, set the Push Pan on top of a mug, jar or can, and grasping opposite sides of the pan, push steadily down. Your creation will rise, perfectly formed, from the sides of the pan.
