Omega newest juicer, the romantically-named Vert 350 or Vert, is a further refinement of Omega's ground-breaking, 1st-generation Vert juicer. The latest model adds much-improved, more durable filter screens, made of GE Ultem material, and a black-and-silver color scheme. Vert is short for vertical, a space-saving design direction for juicers that allows for a small footprint on kitchen counters. This impressive machine combines traditional Omega qualities, bulletproof reliability (it carries a 10-year warranty!), maximum efficiency and remarkable versatility, with an entirely new, patented juicing mechanism that squeeezes, rathers than grinds to extract juice. Omega calls it the Low Speed Juicing System (LSJS) and it ensures that anything you juice, from fruit to vegetables to wheatgrass, maintains its pure color, natural taste and full complement of nutrients and vitamins.

The Vert 350 employs an auger, a large screw-like device made of GE's Ultem material, that turns at just 70 rpm. The auger crushes the food, fruits, vegetables, even leafy greens, extracting the maximum amount of juice, flavor, nutrients, and vitamins from the minimum amount of food. The juice is then spun at high speed through an Ultem screen that is automatically wiped clean by a built-in silicone blade, ensuring greater juice yield and easier cleaning. It's a unique process that combines the best of masticating, augur juicers and centrifugal juicers.

With the Vert, you can juice just about anything. It easily juices all kinds of fruit: apples, citrus fruit, melon, kiwi, pears, grapes, even pomegranates. Vegetables from carrots, celery and broccoli to tomatoes, spinach, parsley, and kale are a snap. The Vert is wonderful for extracting wheatgrass juice, and it can even press soybeans for soy milk. Whatever juice you make, it will be the best possible, with superior flavor and nutritional content and without the separation you'll find in the juice produced by other juicers.

All the removable parts are dishwasher-safe; you can even quickly clean the Vert 350 between fruits or vegetables by simply running water through it.
