Le Creuset Revolution Saute Spoon Marseille (VB305-59) To see the Kaboodle selling price on this item, simply click on the "Add to Basket" link.
The new Revolution group of silicone and wood tools from Le Creuset is really good. The silicone heads are thicker and stronger than most, with sharply-defined edges on both sides of the blades, so that you have the strength to mix and fold the stiffest ingredients, plus the flexibility to scrape bowls really clean. The blades are curved, so that they fit the contours of just about any bowl or pan. And of course, you can use these tools in hot pans on the stove; the top-quality silicone is heat-proof to 482 degrees F and is stain proof, to boot. The heads easily detach from the handles to go in the dishwasher
Le Creuset's wood handles are very good, too, extra-long for use in deep pots and elliptically-shaped for a comfortable, slip-free grip. The three grip rings add control and orient you quickly, so you don't have to look to see where you're holding the utensil. You'll find these tools just feel right in your hand.
The saute spoon features a silicone head with a deep bowl for stirring, flipping, scooping and serving. It measures 12.75" long. |
