Hands down, the finest non-stick frypans we've seen. Scanpan, when used properly, carries full lifetime guarantees: against losing its non-stick properties; against warping, blistering, peeling or cracking. Scanpan frypans are made of pressure-cast aluminum for fantastic heat conduction, with the exclusive Scanpan multi-step, non-stick finish and stay-cool Bakelite handles.

In our humble opinion, having sold non-stick cookware for over 25 years, non-stick cookware occupies an extremely-useful, but circumscribed region of the pots and pans universe. Non-stick cookware has improved immensely since the early days of junk frypans sprayed with Teflon. All kitchens should have a non-stick pan, but that pan needs some special rules: 1) Don't overheat it by using high heat, especially if the pan is empty. 2) Despite what the instructions may say, using metal utensils will make marks in the surface.Those marks won't harm you nor the non-stick properties of the pan, but if those marks bother you, better to use silicone or wood. 3) Despite what the instructions may say, it's best if you wash non-stick pans by hand, not in the dishwasher. They'll last longer. It's not hard to clean them by hand; they are non-stick, after all. That said, Scanpan is great, they're the non-stick pans to have, the best non-stick cookware we've evern seen. Just follow the rules and you'll be in good shape.
