The affordable Primo scale is accurate, durable and easy to use. Primo measures in either English or metric units to 11 lbs. or 5 kgs. with an accuracy of plus or minus a tenth of an ounce or one gram. Just two buttons control all the features; one selects English or metric measurement, the other turns the Primo on and off and lets you tare (re-setting the scale to zero, so you can subtract the weight of a container and weigh just the ingredients). The digital display is easy to read and there's an automatic shut-off to help conserve batteries, two of which are included.
