Looking, and cooking, like the rice cooker of the future, the Micom rice cooker from Zojirushi employs micro-computerized "fuzzy logic" that governs cooking. This technology enables the cooker to monitor the cooking process and "think", adjusting temperature and cooking time according to what's going on inside the cooking pot. It's as if you were constantly checking your rice and making adjustments to ensure perfect results. The Micom rice cooker makes up to 6 cups of cooked rice, and as little as 1 cup in a kettle-shaped cooking pot that ensures even heating. When cooking is complete, the Micom switches automatically to "keep warm". The pot lifts out for easy cleaning as does an inner lid. The removable power cord can store inside the cooker for more compact storage. The entire cooker measures just 8.75" x 11" x 8". Included are two measuring cups and a rice paddle.
