The Taso scale combines a multi-function digital scale and a 2-qt. mixing bowl, making it easy to measure, mix and pour. The scale weighs in grams, pounds and ounces up to 11 lbs. or 5,000 grams. It will also measure water, oil or milk by converting the weight into volume in fluid ounces, milliliters and cups. You can even do the same thing with flour or sugar; the Taso scale will give you the measurements in cups and well as in weight. Of course, there's a tare button (add and weigh), so you can weigh multiple ingredients without emptying the bowl. The bowl is dishwasher safe on the top rack. The Taso scale runs on three AAA batteries, which are included.
