KitchenAid's new countertop oven is really pretty nice, offering just about everything a full-size oven does, except the size and the price. It can be a convection oven for one thing, with a convection oven's superior air flow for consistent results. And it has big-oven performance, convection baking or broiling at temperatures of up to 450 degrees F. Plus, it can be a toaster when you need it, for up to six slices of bread, and it features a warming function for holding food or re-heating leftovers. The non-stick oven cavity measures 12" x 12" and holds two stainless steel racks. A stainless broiler pan and stainless crumb tray are included, as is a 60-minute timer. The simple rotary controls let you choose, bake, broil, toast, or warm, in either conventional or convection modes. Measurements are 20" deep, 17" wide and 12.5" high.
