You'll like these turners; we've been using them and they're just really good, the tool you reach for all the time, especially with non-stick cookware. The 7.5"-long handles are stainless steel with a soft Santoprene grip. The blades are flexible nylon with a sharp edge, so they get under food with ease. The nylon is heat-safe to 400 degrees F, so you're good for all types of stovetop cooking and of course, the turners go in the dishwasher without a problem. The mini turners measure 2" wide and 3.25" long and make a great brownie spatula. The "regular" size turners have a 2.75" x 4.5" blade.
