Seasoned Steel frypans are great for the home cook, the professional and the camper. Since they're made entirely of steel, they work well on all types of stoves, from gas and electric to magnetic induction, conducting heat quickly and evenly to all parts of the pan. For clean up, just wash with hot water and a stiff brush, using maybe a little dishsoap when the pan gets really oily.
