A great all-around kitchen tool, for both flipping and scooping. The edges of the head are tapered to a sharp edge, so you can scrape a bowl clean, and the concave shape lets you scoop and serve. The silicone heads are soft and flexible, stain proof, and heat resistant all the way to 600 degrees F. They're 12" long, with handles of solid beech. The manufacturer says they're dishwasher-safe, but we'd be conservative and wash them mostly by hand, with an occasional trip through the dishwasher.
