Who says bigger is better? With a completely smooth surface, this mini spatula is fantastic for spreading and icing. The mini spoonula, with its tapered edges is just right for mixing small quantities as well as scraping the goods out of jars. The silicone heads are soft and flexible, stain proof, and heat resistant all the way to 600 degrees F. They're 6" long, with handles of solid beech. The manufacturer says they're dishwasher-safe, but we'd be conservative and wash them mostly by hand, with an occasional trip through the dishwasher.
