Hyacinth charger plates are actually made from sun-dried water hyacinth stems which are woven and dyed, then stretched over a composite-wood plate. They are quite pleasing in both texture and appearance and simply wipe clean. They measure 13 in dia. and match the Hyacinth placemats and table runners.
