We like this really useful avocado tool. The serrated blade on the knife cuts easily through tough avocado skin, so you can halve the fruit. Then, and this is the really good part, you jab the pit with the two spikes on the other side of blade, twist, and lift out the pit. Cool, eh? Finally, you run the curved end of the blade under the skin to remove the flesh. In an appropriate coincidence, the avocado-shaped handle is quite comfortable and gives you a secure grip. Just over 7" long.
