It's Portland, and we'll pickle anything. Meet Unbound Pickling, masters of the dark arts of pickling. Only natural ingredients and high quality, seasonal vegetables and herbs are used to create Unbound Pickling's artisan small-batch pickled products. All the vegetables and herbs are locally sourced in the Portland area to obtain peak freshness. Each individual jar of pickles is carefully monitored and hand packed.

Roasted beets are pickled in a pomegranate and beet-greens juice brine. Includes less sugar than traditional recipes, and is infused with fresh tarragon, fennel, and a chai spice blend. A gorgeous and tasty addition to a tossed salad. Absolutely delicious placed on a cracker topped with Oregon bleu or goat cheese.
