The Epicurean pizza peel is made from Richlite, an environmentally-friendly, natural-wood-fiber, composite laminate. For more than 40 years, Richlite has been a surface preferred by chefs in restaurants and commercial kitchens worldwide. Now this superior material is available for home kitchens.

The Epicurean pizza peel is maintenance-free and extremely durable. The Richlite material is non-porous and bacteria resistant, National Sanitary Foundation approved for commercial use and dishwasher safe. It's even temperature-resistant up to 350 degrees F. The peel measures 23" x 14" (exclusive of the handle).
